Permanent or freelance?

This is a broad one, because we are open to anyone who has ability.

Whoever demonstrates flair for creativity, attention to detail and consistency might be the best answer.

Freelancers give more creative breadth, but a dedicated and talented multi-tasker who really wants to make a case would certainly help drive the company forward and they would be first in line for reward.

Those who just want to have another place to call on will be welcome to pop round as well.

For those that rely on hardware, Apple as usual is the fruit of the day with a good ‘to press’ knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat. Bonuses would be Dreamweaver, Fireworks & Flash.
